Uncontested Divorce

Divorce is many times very difficult.  If both parties agree on all issues, the divorce is uncontested.  An uncontested divorce is much less expensive and is usually amicable.  There is still a mandatory waiting period of sixty (60) days if you do not have children and ninety (90) days if there are minor children, before the divorce can be finalized after the filing of the divorce complaint.  In many counties in Tennessee, the parties are not required to appear in person to finalize the divorce.  If you need a divorce, give us a call at  The Daubenspeck Law Office.
